Service Charge:
Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.  
Additional Service Charge: €110 (7 days & less) & €130 (7 days plus) 

Short Breaks:
3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff.

Additional Facilities:
We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.

Making a Booking:  
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

Conditions

We had a fabulous holiday. The apartment is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of a supermarket and central Lenno - the best place by far on the lake for relaxation and views - with good restaurants like Plino and Bar Sport. The ferry landing stages at Lenno and Compo were easily reached. We loved the Villa Balbinello and Villa Carlotta both had outstanding gardens and must be visited. The whole lake is stunning. Plus information prior to arriving was excellent.The apartment had good quality fittings and a lovely sunny terrace with views down to the lake. Lynn g., UK - 09.06.2012
