Please note: these prices may exclude fees and can vary depending on when you stay and how long for. Prices are also subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.

Minimum booking one week. Pro-rata day rate thereafter.
Light clean and change of linen/towels is provided weekly for stays of 2 weeks or more.
A 25% deposit will secure your booking.
The balance of 75% is to be paid eight weeks prior to the arrival date.
Refundable £300 / €350 security deposit required with final balance payment.

In the event of cancellation we will refund:
75% refund if you cancel at least eight weeks before check-in.
50% refund if you cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
25% refund if you cancel at least two weeks before check-in.
The total rental (less any additional costs incurred) if we are able to secure an alternative booking for the Property. The Security Bond will always be returned.
Note: You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after your booking is confirmed, provided your stay is at least 60 days away.
