The new Balearics Eco Tourism Tax: As owners of the property it is our responsibility to collect the tourism tax and pass it on to the Balearics Government. The tax is only applicable to persons over 16 years. For the first 8 nights the tax is €4 per person, per night, thereafter the tax is €2 per person, per night. The tax is subject to 10% VAT.
Should the rental be less than 1 week then a cleaning charge of Euro 60.00 is payable at the time of arrival.
