If you would like an early check-in or late check-out please ask before booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our other bookings.
For early arrivals or late departures, it is usually possible to keep your luggage in our ski locker. However, someone must meet you on the property in person to open the storage locker, so please contact us in advance to arrange this - otherwise, we cannot guarantee this service.

We normally require a Friday, Saturday or Sunday arrival date.
If you have a long term booking in mind (more than 7 days) and wish to arrive on another day, please send an enquiry and we will consider your request based on our schedules.
