General Information on Short Term Rentals. Net rate per apartment per day (per week) based on accommodation only for up to 4 Adults and up to 2 infants (sleeping in cots). We can accommodate a 5th Person for a small extra cost of 10 GB Pounds per day. All prices quoted include VAT. Minimum stay required: High season: 1 Week. Mid & Low season: 5 nights. Cleaning Service Included: The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and immediately after your departure. Additional cleaning is charged at 15 Euro/hr. Laundry service every 7 days, based on 4 guests, is included (A small extra charge of 10 GB Pounds per day for bed linen, a fold-up bed and towels applies for a fifth person staying). Cot: 2 GB Pounds per day (extra Cot: 2 GB Pounds per day). Standard Booking Conditions: A deposit of 25% (non-refundable) of the total rental amount is required in order for a booking to be confirmed. Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these booking terms. The balance, plus a refundable security/breakages deposit of 150 GB Pounds, is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, payment of the full amount is required at time of reservation. Safety: The property has a a number of private pools, children's play areas, a creche, tennis courts, a driving range and a 3 hole practice golf course. Due care must be exercised when using these facilities. The owners and their agents cannot accept responsibility for any mishaps whatsoever and howsoever caused as a result of use of the pools, other facilities and the surrounding area. Amendments to Booking: If you decide to change the details of the booking at a later date we will do our very best to make the changes requested. Please Note: All prices quoted are for the Apartment per week and include all taxes, bedlinen/towels for up to 4 Adults, electricity and water. All of the facilities of the Country Club, many of which are free, are available to guests for the duration of their stay. Optional Temporary Membership is also available at very reasonable rates. This entitles you to discounts in the Restaurant and on the use of many of the chargeable services and facilities available in the Country Club, such as the Spa and Treatment Areas. Bookings of 3 to 4 weeks qualify for a 10% discount. Very attractive long stay discounts (one month or more) 15 to 20%, are also available. Please contact me for specific details. Payment can be made in several ways as follows: 1. On-line by credit or debit card through the secure PayPal on-line payment service (Please Note: PayPal charge a small transaction fee to avail of this facility). 2. By international bank transfer using IBAN and SWIFT (BIC) codes which will be provided. 3. By cheque through the postal service. Other Services / Facilities: Spa & Fitness, 6 treatment cabins, 7 Outdoor swimming pools, Paddle tennis courts, Children's Playground and Free parking spaces (underground and on the road adjacent to the apartment). The apartment is self-catering but if you prefer, Bed & Breakfast or Half-Board is available at very reasonable rates (please ask for details). Very important - insurance: All clients are required to have adequate holiday insurance cover for the entire rental period. This you will need to arrange yourselves through a reputable Insurance Company. This is required to cover guests for cancellation (Note: Cancellation less than 4 weeks before your holiday is due to commence may result in loss of total amount paid including Security deposit) or illness and for accidents or injuries that may occur whilst staying in the apartment.
