Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for 10 people. For last minute, extended stay discounts or to book direct - please contact the owner. Minimum stay off peak 3 nights please ask owner to quote for a weekly price, 7 nights during peak season, changeover days are flexible but typically run Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. A deposit of £500 of the total price is required to secure the property. The balance is due 3 months before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full. Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. Deposits are refundable and £50 booking fee is applicable to all bookings. Well behaved dogs are welcomed for £75 per dog.
