RATES ARE ROOM ONLY

- Final clearing: Euro 80,00 per week per apartment to be paid at check in
- Consumptions: electricity, heating-air conditioning: Euro 70,00 per week per apartment to be paid at check in
- Cautional deposit: Euro 150,00 per week to be paid at check in. This amount is refunded if there are no damages in the apartment.
