Standard arriving and departure times are applicable unless the premises are not rented out before or after your stay. In that case and only shortly before your arrival or departure other timings could be arranged. Household cleaning & wash fee at the end of your stay is mandatory (€ 90 + € 15 per 4 pers - per extra person € 2,5) to be paid directly on the premises before your leave. Wi-Fi supplement of € 42 per stay. Deposit of € 200 upon reservation mandatory, final payment due at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation costs > 30d before due arrival : 25 % < 30d before due arrival 100 % (except in low season).
Discounts : stays of 3 weeks -10% - stays of 4 weeks -20% - stays of 8 weeks - 30%
Reservations within 14d before arrival get a max. of -50% discount on the 1st week of your reservation only.
Winter residings possible (3 months min.) special prices upon request.
Other check-in & check-out timings can only be confirmed once we have a complete view of the rentals. Mostly we can adapt to flexible timings but this can only be confirmed a few days before your arrival.
