This is situated in the same room as the lounge and it boasts a comfortable dining Suite.

Master Bedroom:
This is a large room with a comfortable King-Sized bed with split air condition and portable wardrobe.

Second Bedroom:
This is a good sized room with 2 double beds that can comfortably sleep 2 to 4 guests and fitted wardrobe.

Third Bedroom:
This is a good size room with 1 comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobe.

Kitchen:
This is fully fitted with all modern appliances including fridge, microwave, kettle and cooker. It also has a full set of plates, cooking pans and utensils. The property also has a guest toilet on the balcony.

Wheelchair Access:
This property can be accessed by wheelchairs from a special balcony entrance, off our main driveway, that leads directly into the master bedroom. From there the entire house is virtually flat and wheelchair accessible throughout. - NOTE: Our bathroom is however not equipped for wheelchair or guests who may need extra help. It has a normal bathtub that requires climbing hence WILL REQUIRE HELP for our guests with special needs who require extra help. - All guests are cordially welcome..

This driveway can accommodate 6 cars in addition to ample parking space off road..

A small garden at the front for a comfortable relaxation and serves as a private play area for kids. All within the gated property
Amenities
:
The property also has water reservoir and backup led lights to be used in event of a break in electricity power supply. The property is situated right off the George Bush International Motorway (the 'M1'). The nearby Nogahill and Elbeam Hotel (which shares the very same wall with us) along with the Accra mall nesrby bar and restaurants serve as a convenient place to relax over a drink.

Security:
The property is located in a quiet and very safe residential area and it is gated and secured.

Bookings should be for a period of at least 3 days.

Keys:
The keys to the front and back doors of the villa should NEVER be taken out of the premises. They should always be left in the care of the housekeeper.

Fire Hazards:
The housekeeper should be given access to the main house to check that the cookers, water boilers, are switched off especially in the evenings before going to bed.

ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUESTED TO CO-OPERATE. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN A TERMINATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND A REFUND OF ANY AMOUNTS PAID IN EXCESS OF THE 30% DEPOSIT

Electricity:
This villa is fitted with pre-paid meter which will be loaded with 20 Cedis credit on check in. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required. The staff will be able to assist with this.

Making A Reservation:
On the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the booking, the villa and/or shall be reserved for you on the dates booked. The balance should be payable before check in.

Cooking Services (Optional):
A fully qualified chef/housekeeper shall be assigned to your villa at a daily rate of $20 or local currency equivalent (payable to the chef/housekeeper at the end of each working day) to expertly prepare all meals to your requirement. Please note that the chef/housekeeper works a 10 hour shift and finishes at 7pm each day. You are responsible for the cost of your food prepare The chef can go to the market and buy whatever is needed to cook your food.

Laundry and ironing service:
You may request for your clothe to be washed for you by our staff (non delicate clothes only). There is an iron and ironing board for your personal use. However, if you want the ironing to be done for you then we levy a small charge of $1.50 for every five items. Single items cost 70 cents an item.

Payments:
Charges for all our services must be settled on the day that the service is rendered or the following day without fail. Failure to settle amount due by the following day would result in suspension of further services until the outstanding amount is paid. This is necessary in order to replenish stock and to avoid any confusion about what is owed to the Marrets etc.

Energy conservation:
Unless you are leaving the room briefly the air condition unit MUST be switched off. Also the hot water boiler in the bathroom MUST be switched off after bathing. We ask that you observe these rules so that we are able to continue to provide the property at such low prices.

Smoking:
For your health and safety, this is only permitted in the grounds surrounding the property.

Breakages & Damage:
The customer would be required to pay for any breakages or damage that they cause.

Pets:
Pets are allowed in any of our villas PROVIDED THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TOUCH ANY LINEN, JUMP IN ANY CHAIR OR BED!!!! - This is critically observed.

Parking:
Please note that vehicles parked on the premises are at the owners own risk and we accept no responsibility for any damage or theft from or of the vehicle.
Functions & Parties:
Please inform the manager on site if you intend to hold a party or a function. (some guidance is required)

Check-in/out times:
