No extra costs: the rental price includes: final cleaning, taxes, utility expenses, heating, air conditioning, wifi internet access, parking space, linens and towels, use of the washing machine.
In Mid and High season we only rent from Saturday to Saturday, but in Low Season we can be more flexible. Please enquire.
