The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. We will require a 200 euro or 200 pound breakage deposit, which is refundable immediately on satisfactory inspection of the villa after departure. We will accept payment by cheque, but would prefer transfer of funds direct to our bank account either in the UK or Greece, whichever is most convenient.
