The villa sleeps 6 adults in 3 double bedrooms. For additional adults over age 18 there is an extra charge per week of 40 Euros per adult in peak season, 30 Euros mid season, 20 Euros low season.
25% deposit is payable to make a booking. Balance due no later than 8 weeks before rental.
A refundable damage deposit is payable at time of booking:
Stays up to 2 weeks 200 Euros. 2 to 4 weeks 300 Euros. Over 4 weeks, please inquire
No dogs allowed. No smoking allowed in villa.
