INSURANCE, FLIGHTS AND CANCELLATIONSIt is the responsibility of the parties who wish to rent the property to take out the necessary travel insurance, the owner accepts no liability whatsoever in regard to insurance matters.Refunds on late cancellations will only be forthcoming unless an alternative client is found.Flight delays and flight cancellations will not entitle clients to a refund.LIABILITYThe owner does not accept any liability for the complex or surrounding vicinity.
