In the •months of April, October and November We accept booking for min 3 nights. In the •months of May, June, September and December We accept booking for min 4 nights. In the •months of July and August We accept booking for min. 1 week

Podere Casanova is not a hotel, so we cannot be available 24 hours a day. If you believe you'll arrive before or after these hours, please let me know by email or phone (+39-333/2060650). In this way, you will be assured I will be at Podere Casanova ready to welcome you upon your arrival.
•Check Out: ore 10.00
Please respect the check out time. We need a couple of hours to clean the apartments to make sure they are ready for our next guests, who usually arrive that same afternoon!.

Terms and conditions

The prices include: Warm and hot Water, Towels and Bedding with weekly change, Gas, Electricity and Wi-Fi. All the apartments may be equipped for additional beds for children under 12 years old.

The prices not include: Final Cleaning (€ 40,00), central heating (€ 1,50 an hour), tourist tax (€ 1.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 6 nights. Excluding children under 14), laundry's coins price (€ 5.50). On request every apartments have a extra bed
