Rental Fee Comments
Price INCLUDE condo fee and WIFI - Final cleaning € 180 upon arrival. UTILITIES are no included . Apply just the company price for water ,electricity and gas . Upon arrival an advance deposit € 480 will be requested in cash on the utilities according to the season and nights of stay ,due to the strong energy increases in 2022/2023 .
