A security deposit is required but refunded 7-14 days after your stay.
There is a 45 euro cleaning fee collected by the owners before your departure and a tourist tax of 1.60 euro per person per night over the age of 16, paid to the local town hall.

Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday in high/peak season, but not for 3 night stays, and we do try to be flexible.
