Please note: these prices may exclude fees and can vary depending on when you stay and how long for. Prices are also subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.
Included in the price: weekly rental, electricity up to 300 KWH, water, hot water, two hours cleaning for five days a week. The final cleaning has a cost of Euro 150.
Payment of 30% non refundable on reservation, balance due 2 months before rental period. In the event of booking cancellation 30 days before rental period, 50 % will be reimbursed. In the event of booking cancellation 29 to 10 days before rental period, 20% will be reimbursed. In the event of booking cancellation 9 days before rental period there will be no reimbursement.
A deposit of € 1500 is collected on arrival and will be refunded within 15 days from departure, subject to inventory check and deductions of any damage.
