Minimum 2 guests for 3 nights is accepted. The daily rate is €230,00/2 persons/night all-inclusive. Additional guests up to 4: €45/guest.
The Municipality of Florence requests a Tourist Tax of €5,5/person/night up to a maximum of 7 nights, children under twelve are exempt. You need to pay the tax cash upon your arrival to the owner, who releases a receipt to you.
A maid is available at €12,00/hour.
