Payment:
due in euros
30% deposit required upon booking by bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard.
The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard or in cash upon arrival.
There is a 1% surcharge for debit and credit card payments.
Security deposit:
security deposit of 500 euros is payable on arrival via credit card.
Rates:
Rates are for up to 8 people.
Electricity:
Electricity of the villa is included.
Pool heating:
Pool heating is optional and will be charged separately.
The costs for pool heating up to 28 degrees are:
October 1st to April 30th: 175 euros
May 1st to September 30th: 125 euros
If you want to have the swimming pool heated by more than 30 degrees, additional costs will be charged
