This grade 2 listed building has a 13 meter lounge containing a full size American pool table, large television with free view, several comfortable sofas one of which is a bed settee, a Wii and xbox 360, all of which make it perfect for sharing.

On the first floor the lovely open plan kitchen/dining room was designed for families and entertaining, and the new oak dining table can now seat up to 12 guests.

The master bedroom also on the first floor is extravagantly large with a high ceiling, chandelier and king size four poster bed This gorgeous room simply oozes romance and luxury and some couples even hire out The Chapel just for themselves.

On the second floor the two additional double bedrooms have high ceilings, exposed beams, flint walls and windows with far reaching views. Both have super king 6 foot zip link beds. Each bedroom has its own en suite, as well as 22" tv with an inbuilt DVD player. We have additional portable beds and cots which can be placed in any of the bedrooms allowing for additional visitors.

And finally there is a private garden to the rear of The Chapel with a lovey unique recessed patio area, which is perfect for alfresco dining or just sitting enjoying the afternoon sunshine. There is also a hard surface play area to the front of Manston Court which is perfect for all the family to play ball games.

Next to The Chapel are two one bedroom cottages (Annie's Cottage and Well Cottage which is all on one level), both being able to sleep up to 4 adults. Why not hire all three and have an amazing family holiday to remember.

The Isle of Thanet region

The village of Manston is situated at the edge of the town of Ramsgate in Kent. It is centrally located on the Isle of Thanet which is surround by coast. This part of the Kent coast is frequently sunny and seems to have its own weather system. Known for its lovely sandy beaches and historic coastal villages, Thanet is the perfect place for a relaxing sea side holiday, or an energetic sporting one, whether you prefer windsurfing, kayaking, jet skiing or just playing in the sand!

It's also perfectly located for a day trip to London or France, or if you prefer to shop or explore closer to home, the historic cities of Canterbury, Dover and Folkestone are only a 30 to 45 minute drive away. And the lovely historic village of Sandwich - know for the Golf Open which is held there every 4 years, has lovely cobbled streets and pretty old fashioned shops which seem to have come out of the last century. The village of Wingham close by, many parts of which date back to the 13th Century, is also worth a visit with its characterful old fashioned pubs, hat shops, art galleries and cafes and churches. There are so many historic towns and villages only a short drive from Thanet, you will have to come back again and again to see them all.

Ramsgate

There are lots of free events during the year in Thanet, from Dickens Week in July and Folk Week in August both in Broadstairs, to international volley ball tournaments on the beach at Margate, just to mention a few. You can see exactly what's going on locally when you go to the Visit Thanet website. And for something quite spectacular you can even watch the Red Arrows do their air display at Margate from almost anywhere in Thanet, and if you don't see them you can certainly hear them! And you can take a closer look at the planes when they are parked at Manston Airport where they frequently practice before the event. Why not come and see for yourself.

"Wonderful accommodation - would highly recommend!"

My family and I stayed in The Chapel and Well Cottage and had a wonderful time. The cottages were lovely and had everything we needed. I would like to thank Suzanne for being so hospitable. She made sure every member of my family would be comfortable, from my 1 year old niece to my elderly uncle with limited mobility. The location was fantastic too with a Tesco nearby and with the beach a very short drive away. I would highly recommend these cottages and we are definitely going to come back for another holiday.
