The apartment has a comfortable lounge with sea views, and bed settee, kitchen/dinning area. First bedroom offers either twin, or super-king. Kitchen with dinning area, second bedroom with king size bed. The apartment is 3 minute walk to beach, harbour, shops, cafe's & restaurants. Beautiful cliff-side walks/cycle to Broadstairs, Margate, Pegwell Bay & Sandwich. There is a shopping complex at Westwood Park.The location is fantastic, for children to enjoy the traditional beach holiday with old swings on the beach, donkey rides and amusements. While the cafe culture offers the grown ups evening dinning alfresco, while enjoying the views of the boats bobbing in the harbour. Boat rides to see wind farm or seals, near to other seaside resorts like Margate, Bragstairs, Herne Bay, & Whitstable.

As the property is Regency the rooms have high ceilings and some traditional features, the secure courtyard offers secure outside space, The apartment has a lounge with sea views, gas coal effect fireplace, with TV and dvd, sofa bed and large comfortable leather settee, hallway to bedroom and kitchen/dinning area. First bedroom offers either twin, or beds join together to make super-king, traditionally furnished, overlooks courtyard. Kitchen offers modern gas cooker, microwave washing machine, with dinning area, this joins to back hallway with access to bathroom, which has large shower enclosure. Second bedroom has king-size bed, traditional furniture, windows overlooking courtyard.

Ramsgate is lined by stately, red-brick Victorian and Georgian buildings looking over the harbour. The only Royal Harbour in the country, A stroll along the marina with its variety of working, historic and pleasure vessels. Golden sands, deckchairs, icecream, a typical British seaside resort. Sandwich & Pegwell Bay National Nature Reserve.

Ramsgate Harbour
The harbour has witnessed, troops embarking for the Napoleonic Wars, visits by royalty George IV granted the harbour its unique Royal status, the miracle of the Dunkirk little ships and the world's first international hovercraft service. While the Georgian harbour remains virtually unchanged, a new ferry port has been added and floating marinas encourage visits from a fascination range of vessels.

The Spitfire and Hurricane Memorial Museum and the RAF Manston History Museum, not far from the town.

Ramsgate is on a separate meridian line. It is located on the South-East section of England.
Hence the climate here falls under the continental temperate category. Due to this the air masses carry warm and dry air. The winters are cold while the summers are warm here.

Sit outside one of the harbour bars, under the canopy, with the overhead heaters, all ages there, from children, parents and grand parents, enjoy drinks and at 12 o'clock, fireworks released from the harbour wall. What a fantastic family event. Then stroll back up hill to apartment. (Hassle free!!)

“Well-appointed appartment within easy walking of harbour and beach - fabulous!” A clean, well-furnished flat. It manages to offer good modern conveniences whilst paying sympathetic heed to the period featues of the Georgian property. Our party consisted of 2 adults, 2 young children and a beach-loving Labrador. We were all excedingly happy and would like to return in the future. The most comfortable beds we've ever slept in!

“Furnished to a high spec and very near to every amenity you could possible need.” We stayed for a long weekend and packed so much in that I wish we had longer. The apartment is very luxurious and comfortable. The views from the sitting room look out over the bandstand and beach. The town centre, theatre, restaurants, harbour, and bars are only a 2 minute walk away. The great positioning of the apartment though means that it is very quiet and there is no noise from any of the above. Broadstairs is only a half hour walk away and you must go and visit the 50's style icrcream parlour if you venture there. There is also a bus stop just over the road so you have no need to drive anywhere.
