The apartment benefits from an in house Sauna, shower and rest area, as well as a solarium. It has a spacious patio to the rear to where there is lovely views of the mountains surrounding the property. This apartment has a well equipped kitchenette with all necessities. Dining table and chairs, large settee, Cable TV, DVD player, Wireless broadband internet.
For families or groups taking more than two apartments there is a separate large kitchen and dining room available free of charge, so that the group can all eat together.
The patio is furnished with tables and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco weather permitting. Radstadt is blessed with being in a sunny area and enjoys many days of winter sun, from the patio you can watch the cross country skiers go past as the ski path is directly behind the property. In summer when the snow has cleared the same view is across the championship golf course.

Radstadt/Altenmarkt is in the middle of one of Austria's best and largest ski areas - Ski Amadé is a vast undiscovered ski playground and only a short drive from Salzburg airport. The collection of five regions is named in honour of the cities most famous son Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
It is skiing on a grand scale a symphony of 860km of piste 270 lifts and 25 resorts. All of the areas are massive in their own right, Salzburg Sportwelt, Grossarltal, Schladming/Dachstein Tauern, Gastein and Hochkonigs Winterreich. It is impossible to ski them all on the same holiday but there is nothing to stop you trying!!!. Every single slope is on the same lift pass and access is so easy with Radstadt being in the centre of it all.
Radstadt/Altenmarkt and the surrounding ski areas of Zauchesee and Flachau along with the city of Salzburg made the last three in the final of the race for the 2014 Olympic and Paralympics Winter Games, which will tell you the quality of the pistes.For tobogganing fans Radstadt offers an exciting run. A horse drawn sleigh ride from Radstadt to Altenmarkt and back is the ultimate romantic experience.
For your summer activity holidays there is no better place, there are many miles of well signposted walking and hiking trails and pathways as well as family cycle paths and trails, both of which give you a choice of flat terrain, riverside and also for the more energetic, mountain routes. For the more adventurous white water rafting, kayaking, canyoning, climbing as well as outdoor swimming pools and lakes are within easy reach.
For golfers there is the Radstadt Championship golf course with its nine hole practise course and two driving ranges to keep you occupied. The apartment overlooks hole number 12 and there is another fine course in Schladming which is only a 20 minute drive away.
The area is truly outstanding for active family holidays.
Radstadt area
Radstadt is a small historic town nestled between the Dachstein and the Radstädter Tauern mountains in Salzburg. The beautiful town centre and the picturesque town-wall, classified as a historical monument, invite you to spend romantic days strolling around and shopping.
The popular ski area which surrounds historic Radstadt is sheltered from the prevailing winds and a great tip for your all-inclusive family getaway: Radstadt is made up of 40 lodging establishments and restaurants offering a fantastic choice of places to dine out at. There are many bars within Radstadt and its neighbour Altenmarkt for you to visit to quench that thirst after a days skiing.

How to get there
Getting to us could not be easier, our nearest airport is Salzburg airport which is only a 40 minute transfer, You can take a taxi or hire a car from the many hire companies at the airport or take advantage of our airport transfer service. The flight time from the UK is aproximately 1 hour 35 minutes and the following budget airlines all fly to Salzburg.

Easyjet flies into Munich and the transfer time from Munich is 2 hours 15 minutes.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. A returnable security deposit of £50.00 per person is required.
A service charge of £6.00 per person (Minimum £20.00) is charged to cover the cost of washing and changing bed linen and towels and for hoovering on a weekly basis. The apartments should be left clean and tidy ready for our next guests, if apartments are not cleaned then we reserve the right to charge for the cleaning and offset this against the security deposit.Currently the local cleaning charge is £10.00 per hour. If you would prefer us to clean the apartment please let us know.
Payment can be made via cheque to our UK address, bank transfer or via credit card. We have to charge an additional cost of 3.5% for credit card payments to cover the bank charges that we incurr.
