Il Vecchio Mulino has a big panoramic swimming pool and a large green park where guests can spend hours in the utmost tranquillity. There is a spacious carpark which is well lit, allowing guests to park their vehicles in complete safety.

THE POOL

The swimming pool is immersed in a garden lush with flowers and olive trees offering a splendid view:
the rolling Tuscan hills. The swimming pool is treated with copper and silver which, unlike conventional chemical products, are oligo-elements that have beneficial effects on the human body, a fact acknowledged as early back as the ancient Greek and Roman times.Their action is essentially based on the slow release of copper and silver ions.Copper ions have a powerful algicidic effect, while silver ions are disinfectant and bacteriostatic.
They are combined with a small amount of chlorine to efficaciously disinfect the swimming pool water.
A correct and accurate water treatment is fundamental for a thorough hygiene of both water and bathers.

We are situated between Siena and Florence, in the heart of Tuscany.
1.5 km from Belforte, a delightful medieval village with a general store, bars and restaurants.
4 km from Radicondoli, where you can visit the old town characterised by the Collegiate Church and the town hall, and admire a splendid view of the neighbouring green hills. A variety of shops liven up the town centre, where you will find everything you need, such as a bank, tourist office, post office, chemist and doctor, as well as numerous restaurants and other leisure facilities.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

CONDITIONS OF STAY:

From June to September a weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday is preferable.
During festivities, there is a minimum stay of 3 nights, otherwise the minimum stay is 2 nights.
Check-in: 3.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m. - Check-out: 10.00 a.m. Different times may be organised with management.


PAYMENT TERMS:

A deposit must be paid when the booking is placed and is payable by paypal or bank transfer.


Upon receiving your deposit, Il Vecchio Mulino will confirm your stay via e-mail.
The balance of the total amount is payable upon arrival when you will be given the keys.

ARRIVAL:
Upon arrival, the guest must hand in a passport or identity card for registration in compliance with the law. A cash deposit of 150.00 Euros must also be handed in to staff by way of cautionary deposit. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure, after deducting any accessory expenses and payment for any damages caused.

Radicondoli's castle was built in the twelfth century on the site of an existing inhabited centre, the same development took place for the castles of Belforte, Falsini and Fosini. There are archaeological findings going back to the early paleolithic times, through to the Etruscan and then the Roman periods. However, the most enduring aspect of the village is its medieval development which has been so well preserved so that we now have an almost totally unaltered medieval landscape and urban structure.
