About the home

This property is a typical stone farmhouse with dependance recently transformed into an enchanting holiday villa, conveniently located at just 3 km from the characteristic medieval village of Radicondoli. This area, west of Siena is characterised by the gentle rolling hills that extend from Siena to the Mediterranean coast.

A lovely peaceful, relaxing area which is also in a convenient position for visiting the most important historical centres in Tuscany and many other smaller places as well as the seaside. On the outside the property has maintained its old architectural characteristics.

The interior has been equipped with all modern comforts and furnished with love for details in the typical Tuscan style, while preserving the wooden-beamed ceilings, the old fireplace and the terracotta floors.

In the large grounds that surround the villa, guests have at their disposal a 7x14 m. private swimming pool available from May to October, a furnished vine pergola with large table and barbecue ideal for dining in the open air.

In case of cancellation of a booking must be paid the following penalties: 30% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the start of the rental period; 50% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made between 44 and 30 days before the start of the rental period; 90% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made between 29 and 1 day before the start of the rental period; 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made on the arrival day or in case of no show.
