Situated below the mediaeval village of Radicondoli, this property enjoys an exceptional view over the Chianti hills, taking in the towers of San Gimignano and stretching as far as the Apennines.

This self standing villa, surrounded by olives groves and fruit trees, has a nice garden provided with an inviting (11x5x1,60-1,20 m. depth) swimming pool and a panoramic terrace for eating and relaxing in the open air.

Internally the house offers cosy rooms, is furnished with great love for details and provided with modern facilities.

Accommodation is offered on the ground floor of the house, whilst the first floor is not available for rental.

In case of cancellation of a booking must be paid the following penalties:30% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the start of the rental period; 50% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made between 44 and 30 days before the start of the rental period; 90% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made between 29 and 1 day before the start of the rental period; 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made on the arrival day or in case of no show.

“Nice outdoors but missing a few comforts.” We stayed at Virgiulius in September 2012. The garden, pool and view are beautiful and very peaceful. The owners are very kind but absence of english and any printed renters guide made handover somewhat of a challenge for English renters. My opinion is that this rental is overpriced for the degree of furnishings and facilities. There were no cushions or pads for the pool loungers / furniture and the kitchen had rather old equipment and no background pantry supplies (except salt). I would recommend the owners upgrade the accomodation a little or charge less than 1350 Euros for the week.
