Beautiful brand new 3 bedroomed townhouse, the 3 bedrooms are all en suite and 1 Double and 1 Twin room have balconies. the third twin bedroom is on a different level of the property and enjoys a private en-suite, BOTH TWINS CAN BE CONVERTED INTO KING SIZE DOUBLES.
The house is in a very quite residential area and is close enough to all the attractions of Albufeira and the surrounding areas so a car isnt required as its only a 15 min stroll or 3 min drive from the famous Old Town and Fishermens beach, 10 mins drive from Beautiful Gale Beach and all the golf courses Albufeira and the surrounding areas offer.
At the back of the house there is a large shared swimming pool with enough private sunloungers for 6, with lovely surrounding gardens and beautiful views across the countryside. The house has a large rear garden which is raised and over looks the pool. There is also a terrace, complete with outside furniture for al fresco dining.
At the front of the house there is a large brick BBQ complete with sink and preparation area, and also a large covered gated parking area. There is also lots of parking available on the road.
The property is brand new and only became available in June 2013. It comes fully equipped with brand new furniture and utilities to give you a home from home feel and is ideal for Couples or Families.
