The master bedroom has a double bed, changing area, en-suite bathroom, and patio doors leading onto the pool terrace. Two twin bedrooms share a bathroom, and have doors leading to the garden and pool area.
A further twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and doors leading to the terrace at the front of the house. All bathrooms are fully equipped and there is an additional cloakroom leading off the entrance hail.
There is a well equipped family sized kitchen and a spacious and comfortable living room with a dining area and doors leading to both the shaded terrace, pool gardens and separate barbecue terrace.

The large pool is set in extensive lawns. The tennis court is set into the the side of the garden and has a practice wall at one side.
The Algarve / Central Algarve region


The Algarve is blessed with superb beaches, unspoilt countryside and countless restaurants for alfresco eating. For the sporting minded there are a wealth of activities such as watersports and sailing, tennis and world renowned golf courses.
With more sunshine hours than anywhere else in Europe, clean air and sea and a pleasant variation in the seasons, the Algarve climate bears close resemblance to that of California.
The old walled city of Faro is a must. Loule is also a short drive where there is a weekly clothes market and dily produce market and some extremely good restaurants.
The Quinta do Lago area
Quinta do Lago is a spectacular unspoiled area of over 1700 acres of natural pine forest, grassland and lakes. The area includes part of the Ria Formosa nature reserve and is fronted by a 10km stretch of golden sands.
There are four golf courses in Quinta do Lago and two more in the adjoining area of Vale de Lobo. On the lake there is sailing, a windsurfing school and watersports. Other amenities include an equestrian centre, a golf driving range and a good choice of tennis facilities including two professional coaching centres.
There are several routes to the beach but the most memorable is across a long wooden bridge across the nature reserve: on the other side is a good restaurant, golden dunes and a very long beach.
