This magnificent L shaped villa lies within a carefully landscaped garden in an area of Quinta do Lago which borders the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. The views from the villa capture perfectly the harmony between the golf courses and well tendered gardens. A luxury villa designed for comfortable living all year round.

From the entrance a staircase leads to a baby Grand Piano at the top of the stairs. To the right a corridor to two further beautifully designed double bedrooms complete with walk in dressing area and en suite bathrooms. French doors open on to a covered terrace with views of the pool and well tendered gardens.

The Presidential Suite to the left has a fully fitted kitchen and an antique dining table which seats six. Walk through dressing areas and the master double bedroom with a double four postered bed. French doors from every room lead to a covered patio complete with a hammock overlooking the pool and gardens.

The Quinta do Lago area

Vale do Lobo golf course which consists of 54 holes of fantastic golfing experience is located less than 10 minutes drive from the Property. Also, the stunning 18 hole San Lorenzo Golf Course set on the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve and Quinta de Lago North & South Championship Courses are within a short drive away. If you’re golfing is a bit rusty there are a number of driving ranges in the vicinity to practice your swing!

If golf's not your thing you should go to the Jimmy Stewart or David Lloyd Tennis Centre's, wind surfing, deep sea fishing, horse riding, sailing, go karting or many other facilities that can be found within a short drive of the Property.

The Property is only a short walk from Quinta do Lago home to Quinta Shopping, located directly at the entry of Quinta do Lago, this elegant shopping mall is hosting:

Next to Quinta Shopping at Bougainvillea Plaza you also find most items for your daily needs, e.g. super markets, a bank, a newsstands, etc.

COAST/BEACH:

The beach at Quinta do Lago is reached by crossing a long bridge over an estuary in the Ria Formosa Nature Park, and the lovely golden sands stretch along the coast to Vale do Lobo. The sandstone cliffs provide a beautiful backdrop to the wonderful sandy beach, which is excellent for both relaxing sunbathing and enjoying energetic family games. A convenient bar/restaurant serves up refreshments and meals, including freshly caught fish, right on the beach. Boat trips are available from the beach at Quinta do Lago, and it is also possible to charter a yacht.
