Perth has a fantastic climate all year round, The people are very friendly and laid back with a family friendly enviroment. 5 minutes drive away is the beautiful Mindarie Marina which has beautiful restaurants and is a perfect place for a beer or a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over the Indian Ocean - Hillarys Harbour is a only a 30 min drive along the coast and has some thing for everyone one, Water slides,safe bathing,shops,restaurants,pubs. The award winning Joondalup golf course is only 15 mins drive. Swan valley with its many wineries is great for the adults and the kids will love the Choclate Factory and Supa Golf. The train at Clarkson takes you into Perth City or Maybe onto The bustling Port City of Fremantle, with its many holiday attractions and Alfresco dining.
