The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area
Western Australia is a beautiful place to visit at any time of the year, the winter months here are generally around 19 degrees while the summer months are a beautiful 30 degree, with minimum rain days.
Quinns Rocks / Butler area
The house is close to a bus stop which can take you to Clarkson Train Station and from there it is only a short train journey to Joondalup City Centre, or stay on the train and go into Perth City or maybe go further to Freemantle and have a look around the markets.
Yanchep National Park is only a short car journey away where you can see Kangaroos and Koalas, and maybe take a picnic with you as they also have barbecues there for your use.

Rating: 5/5 "The spirit is a lovely property very close to all amenities, the beach is about 10 Mins drive maybe less and the city is about 45 Mins on a good run, or the Train maybe easier. The property is very spacious, clean and above all has everything inside and out that you will need, I would not hesitate in staying here again." Jo, WA January 06
We stayed at the Spirit villa and found the accommodation to be very clean, tidy and well maintained. It's a great place to stay to experience Perth and the surrounding area. It's close to beaches, shops, play areas and good public transport. We visited Australia over the Christmas period and found Kim and Pete to be very helpful in providing information on activities for the kids and other useful information such as good beaches, restaurants etc. They went above and beyond what you would normally expect and even put a Christmas tree up for the kids.
