Sit back and relax in this beautiful 2 story loft style home. Downstairs provides the master bedroom with double doors that follow out onto a private patio area where you can sit to enjoy your morning coffee. With a ceiling fan or split system air conditioning you can relax in what ever temperature you require, with a en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe this area is the best parents retreat. There are several living areas at this property where you can escape to relax or read a book, the formal lounge over looks the patio and pool area which offers a cozy electric heater or ceiling fan for comfort, there is a flat screen tv, dvd player and foxtel at your finger tips. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and fridge/freezer, the windows that surround the open plan dining area provides seating for 6 guests that gives the feeling of bringing the outside in, for the cold nights you can start a fire to create a romantic atmosphere or for the hot nights there is the split system air conditioner for cooling. There are two other single bedrooms on this level, one with bunk beds for the kids and one with a trundle bed for an extra person to lay there head to rest, both of these rooms have ceiling fans provided. The main bathroom hosts a bath tub for the desires of having a long hot soak and a glass of champagne. The laundry has washing machine facilities available. Up stairs in the loft area is a study/games room where the children can watch tv, play a dvd or challenge each other on the play station. There is also a separate double bedroom with a split system air conditioning unit. The upstairs balcony provides breath taking views of the ocean. The bliss of been in Western Australia is to watch the sun kiss the ocean every evening – it is magnificent!! Stepping down from the dining area you enter into the under cover alfresco area with the facilities to relax on the out door furniture, cook a barbecue or simply splash and cool down in the below ground swimming pool, there is also a grassed area surround by well established trees to shade you from the hot summers sun.

The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area
Western Australia is full of Golden beaches stretching the coast line. Perth city is one of the cleanest cities of the world, with a mixture of old and new. Shopping in the city is great with late night shopping on Friday nights, then enjoy a few drinks or an a la carte meal in Northbridge/Leederville, all within walking distance to the train station.
On a Sunday catch the train down to Freemantle and enjoy the huge markets varying from food through to clothes or even buy your Aussie Souvenirs.
For those more daring try the Freemantle Night Prison tour, or simply the maritime museum.
Then don't forget to spend a day and catch the Train, bus and ferry to Perth Zoo.
Quinns Rocks / Quinns Beach area
Quinns Rocks being the neighbouring suburb up the coast from Mindarie is located by Golden beaches stretch to the north and the south. Claytons beach is the spot for the keen novice surfers. Quinns beach is a fantastic family beach complete with the newly constructed Mindarie Quinns Surf Life Saving Club, plus a great picnic area complete with Barbeque facilities, one of the local restarants is the Salt Water Cafe and is just a short walk up the road with BYO (Bring Your Own booze), and a bottle shop right next door if you forgot the beer. Good fishing spots can be found off the rocks around the Marina, or just simply at the beach, whilst watching the sunset.
How to get there
Quinns Beach is approximately 45 minutes drive from the international airport. Fly into Perth Airport and take a taxi. It will usually cost approx $75, taking 45 minutes to an hour. However, it is advisable to hire a car whilst in Perth, try www.perthairport.com.au .
