The Lake House is an ideal place to stay for couples on a romantic get-a-way aswell as for families. The Lake House is situated in Butler a short drive from Clarkson train station, which will take you to Perth City within 35min. Mindarie Marina is a 5min drive away, where you can enjoy a cold beer or wine and various foods whilst gazing over the water.

Further details indoors: The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and the other 2 each with bunk beds. The property has one en suite bathroom with WC, and one bathroom with a shower and a bath. In the laundry room there is an extra WC. There are plenty of games and videos/DVD's to keep the children amused, when relaxing in the evening. The property boasts a large kitchen, lounge with tv and dvd player, large open plan dining, family room with another television and dvd player for the adults. Airconditioning for those hot days and Bar-B-Q in the garden for that true Ozzie holiday.

"Darklight" indoor laser shooting for children of 6 years of age to young at heart, also in Joondalup. Grand Cinema at Currambine 10 mins away. "The Arena", indoor swimming pool with water slide and excellent fun river. Caters also for the very young with shallow "pools"(Joondalup) AQWA, Aquarium of Western Australia at Hillarys. Fremantle prison is an exciting and chilling place to see 40min drive away.
