This home is immaculate, spacious and comfortable, and you can see why the BBC chose to book this home for one of their episodes.
As you enter the home on your left you have a large lounge with TV and just behind a study with desk and chair ready for you to get your lap top out and keep in touch with everyone.
The large master bedroom with en suite, has a walk in robe the size of many UK bedrooms! There are 3 other bedrooms, bathroom, utility room, large kitchen with dishwaster, microwave, oven, large fridge.freexzer and large family area with 2 separate meals areas.
Outside there is a heated spa for you to relax in after a busy day visiting the many places of interest nearby. We are always on hand should you require any information on places to visit.

Western Australia is a beautiful place to visit at any time of the year, the winter months here are generally around 19 degrees while the summer months are a beautiful 30 degree, with minimum rain days, and on top of that we have some of the best beaches in Australia
Quinns Rocks / Quinns Beach area
Quinns Rocks is a great beacside suburb to base yourself for your holiday to Perth. The beach is only 2 minutes away by car. Yanchep National Park is only 20minutes away here you can see the koalas, kangaroos have a bbq by the lake or have a beer at the historic Yanchep Inn Joondalup Golf Club is 10 minutes away.
Whiteman Park is a great day out for the whole family, and its only about a 20 minute drive away.
