“La Plage” is located only metres from Quinn's most beautiful and friendliest beach, as well as close to shopping centres, cafes and restaurants. All of Perth’s major attractions are within reasonable distance from this centrally located house....yet you'll feel a million miles away from it all as you'll be tucked away in the quietness of Old Quinns Rocks.
La Plage is a newly renovated 1970's character home featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms with all of the luxuries you would like to expect for a hassle free holiday. All furnishings are beautifully appointed to match the unique style of Old Quinns. The renovated vintage styled kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, side by side fridge with ice maker and other handy kitchen appliances. The lounge room features a Plasma TV and DVD player, surrounded by a funky leather lounge suite. A centrally located wood fire creates atmosphere and warmth. The outside area is very private, with an outdoor dining set, barbeque and large rectangle solar heated above ground salt water pool.
All linen is provided.. Just bring your suitcase. This holiday home has four double bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. The garden of “La Plage” is surrounded by limestone, with a grassy child friendly garden and off course a safe above ground solar heated pool.

Clarkson trainstation. Travel within 30 minutes to the Perth Swan Valley wine area and visit wineries

Our family were impressed and delighted with La Plage. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was that it had a great layout with plenty of room for everyone to move around. The house was clean and very well maintained and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay and we would highly recommend this holiday home to all. |
