Quinns Rocks is a well established suburb with some newer areas added to it in Perths recent building boom. This property is located in charming Old Quinns as it has become known. Old Quinns being the part of this suburb that is closest to the beach. Quinns Rocks has long been a popular spot for Perth locals for school holidays and weekend visitors. For those seeking the "beach life" fishing, boating, swimming are favourite pass times. When temperatures soar in the summer the beach with its pristine waters and white sands is a great place to spend the evening with a picnic or BBQ to cool off and watch one of those magical Sunset coast sunsets.
Quinns Rocks area
The beach, the Marina, the Swan valley, Avon valley are all within easy reach. Hire a car and explore this fantastic city and it's surroundings and it’s coast line North and South. Having returned from WA this week I can say that Gumblossom Cottage was most comfortable, neat, clean and Carol & John could not have done more to co-operate with us and understand our reason for being there at short notice.
