Western Australia is renowned for it's vastness and natural beauty along with long hot summers. If you want to explore WA you can travel North along the coast to well known destinations like Monkey Mia to swim with Dolphins. You might want to head in land and experience the Aussie Outback, stopping at places like Kalgoorlie (a historic Mining Town) or even to the South to Esperance for the crisp white beaches and aqua sea.
Perth is an stunning City and the beauty of it and all that surrounds it never ceases to amaze me still after 5 years. In the CBD you have the option of shops, bars, restaurants, theatres, museums etc and also visits to Kings Park which is where the best views of Perth and the Swan River are found. Catch a Ferry from Barrack Street Jetty and visit Fremantle or Rottnest Island. Perhaps enjoy a river cruise on the Swan or have lunch in one of the many Swan Valley wineries. The list is endless.
Quinns Rocks area
Quinns Rocks is situated 40 minutes North of Perth on the Sunset Coast which is famous for it's stunning gold, pink and yellow sunsets and endless pristine beaches. It is one of the few places in Australia where the sun sets over the ocean.

Kim and Len, owners of this house Migrated to Perth in 2003 and have had previous holidays in Perth also. With this in mind, we are available by phone at any time should you require help or information that will make your holiday or transition more enjoyable.
On arrival at the property you will be greeted by the owner and shown the workings of the house.
N.B The Pool is heated by a Solar Blanket ( the more sun hours, the warmer the pool)

Minimum Booking of 1 week. - At time of Booking - Deposit of one week's tariff required (non refundable). Payment of one third required for minimum stay of one week (non refundable) - 6 weeks prior to arrival - Full balance required and $600.00 bond (refunded at owners descretion) - Payments by Bank Transfer or Cheque if within Australia - Payment by Telegraphic transfer or Bank Cheque if outside Australia - Arrival time is after 2pm. - Departure time is before 10am.
