Just 5 mins drive to Quinns beach and 10 mins to Mindarie keys marina where you will find a selection of Alfresco bars and restaurants with fantastic views of the marina. Shopping available in Brighton and Quinns(Ocean Reef Shopping Mall)or take a 10 min drive to the city of Joondalup for endless choice of shops and activities. Swim with the dolphins or go whale watching available from the famous Hilarys Marina only a 15min drive. There are also numerous beaches to explore along the coast with something for eveyone. If you had enough of the beach head up the coast 15 mins to Yanchep national park and check out the kangaroos,koala bears and much more ozzie wildlife!

Further details indoors: A brand new fully furnished built home in 2007 with plenty of room for a family or group of friends with 4 bedrooms including one with en suite and walk in wardrobes villa fancini can easily sleep upto six people but has enough beds for 9. A spacious living and dining room with views overlooking the pool and garden area with a open plan aspect leading to the fully fitted kitchen. Villa fancini comes fully furnished to a high standard including all bedding and towels, perfect for those on holiday or emigrating to oz.
Further details outdoors: Leading out from the main house is a beautiful brand new huge swimming pool with spa jets surrounded by paving and gardens. There is also a alfresco area with bbq for those chilled out mornings or evenings. To the front of the house is lawned area and block paving drive leading to a carport with ample parking for 2 vehicles.

We trust geusts to treat the villa as if it was there own and to keep it clean and tidy throughout there stay. A bond will be taken at the start of rental and returned if everything was left as geusts found the villa.
