At the rear of the house you have a stunning solar heated swimming pool and heated spa, why not relax in one of the sun loungers or take a dip after a hard day exploring , or maybe sit in the spa while listing to your favourite music - yes the spa has a built in CD player.

Western Australia is a beautiful place to visit at any time of the year, the winter months here are generally around 19 degrees while the summer months are a beautiful 30 degree, with minimum rain days, and on top of that we have some of the best beaches in Australia
The Quinns Rocks / Quinns Beach area
Quinns has a local cafe where you can grab a bit to eat after a day at the beach. Quinns Rocks also has a lovely little shopping centre, with a supermarket, bakery, chemist, newsagents and post office.
Mindare Marina is only 5 minutes drive away where you will find more great places to eat out.
