The location of Quinns Accommodation is absolutely ideal. Just a short 1.1km stroll to the right will find you sitting on beautiful Quinns Beach. It is patrolled by lifesavers, so is wonderful for those with young families. It is one of Perths best kept secrets! Then 400m to the left is a shopping centre with a supermarket open 7 days a weekend. Each guest is left a few provisions upon their arrival.

Quinns Rocks takes its name from the offshore reef first noted during a coastline traverse by James Cowle in 1867. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed overlooking your own private little pergola. There are separate his and hers built in wardrobes and your own en suite. There is also a wooden ceiling fan. Bedroom two also consists of a Queen bed and has a built in wardrobe and drawers Bedroom 3 has two single beds, built in wardrobe and drawers. Bathroom no.2 has a separate shower, vanity and sink and a bath. There is a separate toilet. There is also a laundry with a front loading washing machine. The house has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning for year round climate control.
Further details outdoors: The rear garden is fully enclosed and there is lots of room for the children to run and play. There is a large covered pergola with seating for 8 people and an outdoor bar area. There is a 4 burner barbeque for summer entertaining. There is also a lock up garage to the front of the property. All bedding and linen is provided for you. So all you need to bring is your own clothing and toiletries.
