Quinns Rocks is located on the Sunset Coast 35 minutes north of Perth close to rail and bus transport, although the best way to get around and discover the region is by car. The Sunset Coast experiences over 8 hours of sunshine each day with magnificent sunsets over the ocean, perfect for sitting on the unspoilt, quiet beachs in the area with a picnic basket and bottle of wine at the end of the day. This unique destination can offer everything in a setting of immence natural beauty and a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

There are many attractions in the area including National Parks such as Yanchep National Park a short 15 minute drive away where you can relax in a beautiful setting filled with nature walks, lakes, native animals, fascinating underground caves and Aboriginal culture. A short drive down the road is Mindarie Marina with restaurants,hotel with live music and a cafe, diving school and fishing charters. You can also visit the many local wineries along the Swan Valley and sample some fine wines and have a bite to eat or visit the Caversham wildlife park. The Sunset Coast Tourist Drive also takes you to other local beaches including Hillarys Boat Harbour with it's huge variety of shops, cafes and restaurants and the Aquarium of Western Australia, Scarborough and Trigg beaches known as some of the finest surfing and swimming beaches, Cottesloe and Fremantle with its vibrant mix of cultures and its unique heritage architecture and artistic cosmopolitan ambience. The master bedroom has a private balcony with sea views and queen bed with en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are roomy and there is a separate bathroom fitted with bath and shower and a separate toilet suitable for small or large groups. The open living areas comprise a modern kitchen, lounge, dining area and separate formal lounge/sunroom all with stunning ocean views and opens onto a large outdoor entertainment area overlooking the ocean.
There are also many extras including a safe, dishwasher and air conditioning.
