Yanchep National Park - Koalas, caves, parks and an historic inn.
Hillarys Boat Harbour - Vibrant boardwalked marina which includes many shops, bars and a variety of restaurants - A must for any visitor to Perth.
Joondalup - Shopping, nightlife, restaurants, cinema and leisure centre
Neil Hawkins Park - On the banks of Lake Joondalup - contains a plethora of native wildlife such as parrots, kangaroos, kookaburras, black swans and many more. Take this opportunity to feed wild kangaroos and parrots.
Mindarie Keys - Picturesque harbour with pub and coffee shop. Also nearby is the newly built Ocean Keys shopping centre containing a wide variety of shops.

The master suite contains a luxurous Queen-sized bed and fully fitted wardrobes and its westerly facing window ensures you will awake to views of the ocean each morning.

A double room towards the rear of the property also contains fully fitted wardrobes and overlooks the rear entertaining area and courtyard garden.

The third bedroom contains 2 single beds which can ,if required, be converted into a double.

Containing a fully tiled bathroom and shower along with a laundry room, this property is perfect for the holiday maker or migrating family seeking fully furnished accommodation.

Enjoy views over the Indian Ocean from our decked area at the front of the cottage. Whether you are cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner on the barbecue, or simply sipping a glass of Champage watching the sun set, you won't fail to enjoy the deck area. What better way to spend the day than watch the migrating Whales (seasonal) and Dolphins which regularly frequent the nearby crystal clear waters.

At the rear of the property is an undercover entertaining area and an enclosed courtyard garden.
