On Wednesdays there is a fruit and veg market for local produce held in the square (30 metres away) with the rest of the market spread through the town. Evening markets are held on Thursdays and Saturdays. Throughout the summer many concerts are held in the nearby square and there is a music festival in August for details www.ville-quillan.fr. Quillan can be quite lively in the summer months.
There will be an english speaking representative (my mother in law) available to help with any problems.
