'El Campanario' is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern villa in an ideal location for golfers and sun-seekers.
This well furnished modern villa overlooks the communal pool on a quiet new development. Situated in Benimar area between the villages of Rojales and Benijofar, close to Cuidad Quesada, Torrevieja and Guardamar and just 30 minutes south of Alicante airport.
Accommodation all on one level comprises of 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms all with ceiling fans, 1 full bathroom, 1 shower room, large lounge/diner with Sat TV, DVD Player, CD player and air conditioning/heating. Fully equipped kitchen and utility room includes hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and iron/board. There is a garden and patio area, plus a superb large roof-top solarium offering privacy and wonderful views.
A wide selection of local and international bars and restaurants are within a 3-5 minute stroll with the attractions of Torrevieja less than 10 minutes drive. The wonderful blue flag beaches and sand dunes of Guardamar lie 10 mintues drive away plus numerous other white sandy beaches are easily accessible.
Ideal for Golfers with La Marquesa at Quesada and La Finca at Algorfa within 5 minutes drive, Villamartin, las Ramblas and Campoamor within a 20 minute drive.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The beautiful Costa Blanca boasts excellent beaches and great sunshine for most of the year.
The regions has always been popular with the British market and the Spanish for their holiday homes.
It still retains its local charms and numerous festivals and fireworks, with every day being a Saint's Day or Fiesta!
There are the modern louder resorts of the northern Costa Blanca or the more traditional local resorts of the southern Costa Blancs which are very popular for second home owners.
The Quesada / Benijofar / Benimar area
Although Benimar is a quiet residential location it is an ideal base for exploring the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida.
Easy motorway access enable to you visit historic cities such as Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante, plus local towns like Elche and Orihuela.
The coastline boasts numerous blue flag beaches which are sandy and safe and has lovely marinas for both fisherman and sailing.

Just had 2 super weeks holiday in May. Excellent communication from the beginning to the end from the villa owner. The villa was beautiful with front and rear terrace and also excellent roof terrace so you could take your pick where to sit, relax, sunbath, drink or eat. The position was great as just a few minutes walk from the local bars and restaurants so no worry about driving after having perhaps one too many!! Also the pool was just across the road and most days we had it to ourselves. The neighbours were so friendly and as we were new to the area they were more than happy to make recommendations. Can highly recommend this villa. |

Stayed for a week in June 2012, villa had everything you would need. Close proximity to local bars, restaurants & supermarkets. Very friendly neighbours, villa just across road from the communal pool which was also clean and well maintained. Enjoyable holiday with this villa an ideal base. |

This trip was our fourth stay at this excellent villa and we plan to return again next year! The villa itself is lovely,very clean,excellent facilities and tremendous friendly neighbours which makes the stay all the more enjoyable! The swimming pool is directly across from the villa and spotlessly clean and so handy for the kids. All our dealings with barbara the owner have been excellent she is very friendly and extremely accomodating. The local bars,shops and resturaunts are very handy and within two minutes walk,and this area has so much to see and do. I would wholeheartedly recomend this villa to anyone,many of our family have also stayed here on our approval and have all loved their stays i can say no more!book up and enjoy! Ian & Macala |
