The villa is in a great location. A water park is a 5 minute drive. The villa is located in Atalaya Park near to Quesada, a maximum 5 minutes drive to local shops, banks, bars and restaurants. Or a 15-20 min walk.

Our home comprises of 3 double bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed, and 2 with 2 single beds. The master having an en-suite. The 2 bathrooms have showers over the baths. All rooms have ceiling fans and air con, and plug in radiators.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. The Lounge has leather sofas , SAT TV with freeview channels, Radio with ipod docking station and a selection of books.

Please DON'T leave the air con on during the day with windows/doors open, its not cheap to run and I don't want to be putting up my prices to cover this cost. We keep shutters down in day and use air con to cool the bedrooms in the evening before going to bed.
We require a £100 deposit PER week to secure your booking. NON REFUNDABLE
We also require a £200 fully refundable damage deposit along with the balance of payment 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. The damage deposit will be refunded within a week of your return assuming no damage has been done or loss of keys. If any breakages please let Tracy know.

The Quesada / Benijofar / Benimar area
The Old town of Quesada is about 10 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by car. There you will find an assortment of restaurants including Indian, Chinese, Italian restaurants, an English cafe serving typical English breakfasts and numerous bars, English, Irish and Spanish! Eating out is very good value in Spain
Within a mile of the house you will find Quesada’s Aqua Park with its many long flumes to discover, open from June through September.
The Villa is only a 5 minute drive away from La Marquesa the closest Golf Course and within 25 minutes of 5 other courses.
If you like horse riding, you can take a hack over the salt lakes of Quesada, or Go-Karting, scuba diving, wind surfing or jet skiing which are also close by at Guardamar and Torrevieja.
Torrevieja is a bustling town approximately 10 minutes by car.
