About the home

This modern first floor air conditioned apartment offers spectacular views to the golf course and mountains and is situated in a quiet friendly residential area. Al fresco dining available on the balcony off the lounge, with steps leading up to the large private roof top terrace/ solarium offering more views across the valley, with loungers, table and chairs supplied for sun bathing and more relaxing in the sun!

A 5 minute walk takes you to a beautiful large private communal gated pool with spacious patio for sunbathing. Within walking distance are the supermarket, shops, pubs and many varieties of restaurants suitable for all tastes.

An ideal holiday home for couples, families or golf enthusiasts looking to get away from it all!

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, 1 double & 1 twin, 1 large family bathroom, a large living area, with pull out sofa bed and chair (to sleep an extra 5th, 6th & 7th person if required, subject to extra person charge), dining area and open plan kitchen. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and bedside lockers. Double Bedroom has ceiling fan.

Two sunloungers (please use own beach towels for sunloungers in order to help maintain cushions) and patio table with four chairs provided for the roof terrace.

If you would like the convenience of having all the essentials already in the apartment waiting for you upon your arrival we can arrange a starter pack at the cost of between 15 - 20 Euros (paid locally - available on request), consisting of the following items: Teabags, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, margarine, 1 bottle wine, 1 bottle lemonade, 1 bottle coke & 1 5 Ltr bottle water.

The Quesada / Buena Vista Golf VIII area

Cuidad Quesada is approx 20 minute drive from Torrvieja which offers a wide variety of activities including boat trips and shopping at the daily market on the promenade. A 10 minute drive away through the orange and lemon groves is the town of Guardamar which has a magnificent 5-mile long Blue flag beach and also its own town centre with a weekly market, a good selection of shops, banks and restaurants.

Quesada offers a beautiful pay and play golf course 'La Marquesa' situated in the centre of the village amongst some of the bars and restaurants. There is also an aqua park, a nature reserve/picnic area and tennis courts nearby. The authentic Spanish village of Rojales is a 30 min walk.

Within a 20 minute drive you can explore 4 other international golf courses including Villamartin and La Finca. You have a choice of airports Alicante (40 mins North) and Murcia (30 mins South), giving you plenty of scope to find the best flight suitable for you, where you can hire a car should you wish

We can arrange an airport transfer from Alicante or Murcia San Javier at a cost of 35 Euros one way payable locally to the driver. If there are more than 4 people in party a second taxi would be required at the cost of 35 Euros one way.

All you need to do is supply us with the flight times and we will arrange the rest (subject to availability). If you decide that you will not be hiring a car for your stay in Quesada and would like to visit the nearby towns a taxi is available locally (on request) at reasonable rates, for example:

To Torrevieja (return) 30 Euros and if after midnight 45 Euros.

To Guardamar (where you will find beautiful blue flag beach) return 25 Euros and if after midnight 40 Euros.

“Perfect family apartment and location” Slept four comfortably. Air conditioning a godsend. Communal pool lovely, clean and welcoming. Well used during our stay! Children quickly made friends with other children staying in other apartments. Visit to guardamar beach is a must, and don't forget to ride the road train! Nearby aqua park worth a visit, be prepared for queues. Would definitely come back again.

“Brilliant, relaxing, comfortable stay” Just back from our fantastic stay. The roof terrace was fabulous for sunbathing with all we needed. The apartment was clean, bright and welcoming and the beds very comfortable. We didn't find the pool, but we could have asked the keyholder, whose number we had, but decided it wasn't a problem for us anyway. The welcome pack was very welcome, and contained all we needed before our trip to the supermarket, items requested were bought for us, which was great. A car would be advantageous, we didn't have one, but all our transportation requirements were met at very reasonable prices. If a quiet, totally relaxing holiday is what you're looking for, look no further. Bars and restaurants were within walking distance, the high street of Quesada town a short taxi ride. We would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks Lucy.

Rates are for one week's hire and include linen and towels and a charge for cleaning and laundry after your visit. For bookings of more or less than 1 week the rate is charged pro rata.

Air conditioning is available via a card meter at a cost of 10 euros per card available to purchase from the apartment. (With average usage 2-3 cards per week).

A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking to secure the reservation. The balance is required 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival full payment is required on confirmation.

We also require a security deposit of £150 to be sent with the balance payment to cover any damages that may be incurred during your stay. Upon departure the apartment will be checked, if there is no damage the security deposit will be returned in full within 10 days of departure.

If required a welcome starter pack (Milk, Bread etc) can be arranged ready for your arrival at a cost of between 10 & 15 euros (paid locally).

Taxi transfer from either airport also available on request at a cost of 35 euros one way (4 seats - if more passengers a 2nd taxi is required) (paid locally).
