About the home

In the quiet residential urbinisation of atalaya 17 with communal pool only a few doors away. Both the bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes & twin beds giving you a restful nights in quiet rooms, the en - suite bedroom also has air con/ heater. There is a portable fan for the 2nd bedroom. The living area also has air con / heater. The down stairs court yard has a table & 4 chairs where you can relax in the evening or gives you the option of outside dining. The upstairs sun terrace also has a table & 4 chairs with sun brolly, so plenty of outside space to relax in day or night.. The location of the bungalow gives you the option of peace & quiet staying where you are or going into town for the hussle & bussle,either way you will enjoy your holiday as you have the choice.

Further details outdoors:
A 10 - 15minute walk will take you to Mini Golf Bar & past the various shops, there is also a good fish and chip shop , and a children's venue called Red Monkeys. Then you will come to the Quesada Arches where you will find various bars and restaurants. The Amstrella bar is particulary good ,downstairs you can sit and relax and enjoy tapas or a meal and upstairs is good for families with young children. All the bars and restaurants are very good, can get very busy in July and August.

Two supermarkets can be found within walking distance and plenty of banks and local shops. A five minute drive will take you to Lidle.Good area for golfers, nearest course is La Marquesa just a five minute drive and within fifteen minutes you can drive to various other courses in the area.

The nearest and captivating beach is Guadamar which stretches for miles is only a ten minute drive and Torrevieja is only 15 minute drive. Benidorm is just over an hours drive and the terra mica theme park & the zoo is the same distance.

The area hosts some good markets, the nearest big one is at San Miguel which is literally a five minute drive this is on a Sunday, Benimar is a lot smaller but is only a five minute drive or 30 minute walk this is on a Tuesday and varoius throughout the week just a short drive away. Benimar, Benijofar and Rojales are the nearest villages hosting some good typical spanish bars, Sonias bar can be found in Benijofar good tapas is served there. The local salt lakes are only a ten minute drive and flamingos can be seen there at certain times of the year. The N332 & AP7 motorway is easily accessible from Quesada and you can get any where on costa Blanca from there.

Entrance to Cuidad Quesada

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Costa Blanca region is said to be one of the healthiest climates in Europe. An average temperature of 17 degrees.Places of interest include the Terra Mitca theme park near to Benidorm. The salt lakes near to torrevieja or for seafood lovers why not visit sardine alley in Torrevieja.The Sand dunes of Guadamar are not to be missed and the beautiful never ending beach of Guadamar, where you can see the local artists at work on their sand sculptures. Not too forget the many golf courses in the area.

The Quesada area

Cuidad quesada is famous for it's arches at the entrance to the area. It also has it's own water park open between June and September. Quesada has lots of festivals throughout the year. In July and august you will see entertainment outside the Amstrella bar on a Friday/ Saturday night. The local golf course is La Marquesa.Many bars and restaurants to be found in the area within walking distance the nearest is the Mini Golf family bar which host a number of different nights and there is also the mini golf course which is open day & night time.There is also the famous Quesdad fish & chips restaurant, pizza, curry, spanish tapas, chinese & Thai. The local cave houses are within walking distance. The area is host to plenty of markets.

“Fabulous” Have stayed at this property many times now as have all my family and the property is excellent, the location is ideal and the help from the neighbours and key holders is excellent. the house is ideal with all the bits you could possibly need whilst away, you are not far away from Benijofar and quesada which have excellent shops and bars and alsi excellent food places, cannot wait to return soon.
