About the home

A VILLA WITH ITS OWN PRIVATE POOL, RECENTLY HAD THE WALLS MADE HIGHER TO ENSURE TOTAL PRIVACY. DONT YOU JUST HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE ADVERTISE A POOL 'SUGGESTING IT IS PRIVATE WHEN IT IS A COMMUNAL POOL- NOT US!!!


The villa is comfortably furnished with a beautiful American style kitchen with all of the modern facilities which are expected in a property of this standard. Ideal for couples.
The lounge is fitted with freesat HD T.V satellite access and SKY fresat within comfortable surroundings allowing for relaxation after a hard day's enjoyment. There are a number of children's DVDs available to watch also.

In the courtyard is a fitted canopy to give added protection for those people wanting some time out of the sun. You can sunbathe on the solarium and it gets very hot in the July and August months for those who want the perfect tan, but use lots of sun cream for protection. The villa is is well furnished with many extras to make your holiday an enjoyable experience. It has two different television programme providers so you will not miss your favourite programmes.

Further details outdoors:
The villa has spacious room to sun bathe next to the pool with ample sun loungers, and the pool has lights for those who want to take advantage of that midnight 'dip'. Bathers are expected to shower and remove all suntan products prior to bathing.
The community pool is only 30 metres away which proves very popular with younger members of the family, and again there are ample sun beds with large umbrellas for shade.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Situated on the Costa Blanca about 40 minutes drive south of Alicante, close to sandy beaches, this is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday and a attractice location for golfers.
There is plenty to see and explore in this region, which boasts many fine examples of Roman and Modern architecture.
The Costa Blanca is well known for it´s fantastic climate, it´s beautiful whit beaches and crystal clear waters. Enjoy miles of sandy coves and palm fringed beaches or towns and villages that stretch along the coastline with a seemingly endless variety of colourful shops, markets, restaurants, fishing harbours and marinas.
The cities of Cartagena, Orihuela, Alicante and Murcia are steeped in Spanish history and culture, Benidorm a popular holiday retreat are all worthy of a visit by local coach approx 10 Euro per trip.
The Costa Blanca, protected by the mountain ranges enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate with year-round sunshine.Temperatures reaching 35 C, on a regular basis. The area boasts 320 days of sunshine each year. Even in winter the temperature rarely drops below 15C.

The Quesada area

Located to the rear of Torrevieja on the Creviellente road, this town is accessed by going through the arches in a rather roman fashion.This is a new urbanisationand has a sleepy charm with British bars and a wide variety of restaurants. You could cycle here from Torrevieja.
Ther is a natural nature park that is two minutes away where a number of activities like paella parties take place and is a great place to have a bar-b-cue.. In Rojales and other surrounding areas fiestas are common place and often followed by fireworks which are spectactular.
