Casa John is located in Jessica Community in Dona Pepa, the ground floor apartment benefits with the size of the secluded rear garden and having no properties directly behind the apartment.

The apartment has an American style kitchen which is open plan within the front room living area.

2 good sized bedroom, the master bedroom has a Queen Anne Bed . The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning as well as the front room living area.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all essential equipment but has no dishwasher

Casa John is located in Jessica Community with only minutes walk to bars, restaurants, Farmacy and Supermarket.. The rear garden overlooks an area which has not been developed.

The community is well established with many resident couples and families.

The communal pool and seating area is ideal for relaxing and playing in the pool, there is also a small childrens pool next to the main pool.

Sheltered by the Crevillent mountain range, the region boasts a unique moderate climate, averaging temperatures between 12-19C in winter and 24-38 C in summer.

The fishing port and marina of Santa Pola has boat excursions to the island of Taberca and it underwater nature reserve. The old Spanish town of Guardamar is a 10 minute drive and has excellent sporting facilities, a fantastic Wednesday market, and boasts 11kms of Blue Flag sandy beaches, dunes and pine forests, and the Queen Sofia Park and botanical gardens.

Dona Pepa, Cuidada Quesada is located between Guardamar and Los Montisenos, and has developed into a popular cosmopolitan area over the last 30 years and has all amenities at its doorstep. It has its own Aqua Park, Country Club and swimming pool, and a championship golf course "La Finca", as well as shops, restaurants and bars.

There are also 9 other golf courses within a 30 minute drive. Torrevieja is 10 minutes drive and has stretches of golden sandy beaches, esplanade and marina. Torrevieja is renowned for its salt lagoons, now listed as a nature reserve and is open to the public, and is home to pink flamingoes and other species of wildlife. There are numerous fiestas around the region, most notably San Miguel, Los Montesinos, Torrevieja, Guardamar del Segura, Rojales and Ciudad Quesada.
