Air-conditioning units can also be used for heating. The gardens are private and secure. The accommodation has been furnished as a second home for the owners and as such has high quality fixtures and fittings. A travel cot with mattress,, baby walker are provided free of charge but please bring your own linen for the cot.
The villa windows are fully lockable for added security. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample space for storage.

This really is one of the healthiest and happiest places to live, The Costa Blanca has so much to offer, everything from typical tourist resorts to quaint country villages with their traditional white houses.
For years now the Costa Blanca has enjoyed a sustained popularity that other resort areas can only envy. The Costa Blanca has been declared by the World Heath Organisation as almost as perfect an environment as it is possible to find. Almost any fruit can be grown here, the Orange, Lemon and Olive groves, fruit orchards and market garden produce the highest quality of fresh fruit and vegetables which form the basis for the highly nutritious renowned Mediterranean diet.
The quaint small town of Benijofar is only a 10 minute walk away, visit the church, enjoy a lovely Italian in Fratelli's, the Old town of Quesada is about 10 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car. Eating out is very good value in Spain
Guardamar is a 10 min drive, with a lovely sea front (blue flag beaches, beach bars) lined with great restaurants, a lovely park with children's play areas, lovely to visit with the kids early evening. You can park at the marina in Guardamar (1 euro) and walk to quiet beaches or stroll through the pine forest into Guardamar town or catch the boat to the Isle of Tabacas (Summer)
Within a mile of the house you will find Quesada’s Aqua Park with its many long flumes to discover, open from June through September.
If you like horse riding, you can take a hack over the salt lakes of Quesada, or Go-Karting, scuba diving, wind surfing or jet skiing which are also close by at Guardamar and Torrevieja.
Torrevieja is a bustling town approximately 10 minutes by car.
There are plenty of supermarkets close by, for great BBQ meat pop into the Dutch butchers in Benimar, where you will also find a selection of bars and restaurants
There are a number of small parks close by with childrens play areas and adult gyms!

"Clean & well equipped villa in a quiet location."
Stayed in the villa at the end of October 2012. Villa spacious and very clean. Had a comfortable stay and used as a base to visit the excellent beach at Guardamar and the city of Cartagena.
Bars and restaurants nearby as are supermarkets.

Had a fabulous stay in this lovely villa. Very clean and comfortable whith everything required for a perfect holiday. The air conditioning was very welcome on a warm night. The outside area is very spacious with an excellent large pool. Good quality bars and restaurants are close by and were good value for money. The area is good to explore the beaches and inland towns and villages. Hope to holiday again here in the future.

I have a great holiday spending time there. The house is lush everything we need is there. Swiming pool was big enought for us. Really nice town. Quiet and nice. The nearest city was only 10 mins away and the supermarket wasn't that far away neither. Really had great time and definitely gonna spend the holiday next year.
