About the home

This stunning three bedroom two bathroom villa/townhouse, fully furnished to very high standard complete with large communal pool

All local amenities only a 5 min walk. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and built in wardrobes, which also have a large terrace.

Off the lounge area there is marble stairs leading to the first floor, on the first floor you have a family sized bathroom, next to that you have a double bedroom housing 2 single beds, built in wardrobes and a terrace.

As you walk into the property you are presented with a large lounge housing 2 x 2 settees along with a dining table and chairs just off the lounge area there is a shower room, just along from there, there is a door to the fully equiped kitchen, and just to the side of that there is a ground floor bedroom housing 2 single beds.

The front of the property houses a large front patio with table and chairs
the washing and laundry facilities are located in the storage housing at the rear of the kitchen in the little back garden.

Conditions

A fee of 65 euros is required for cleaning and payable to house keeper on arrival
A £100 per week non/ refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable deposit of £150 for breakages / loss of keys ect is payable with final balance and returned normally within 1 week of your return once checked by key holder.
WE provide a meet and greet service by our friendly key holders at the local hotel laguna and will take you to your villa. They will make sure you are happy before leaving you to enjoy your holiday.
Check out time is 10am and check in time is 3pm But can be changed with prior arrangement.

Quesada is approximately 15 min walk or 6 min drive away from the villa and boast its very own aqua park, country club with swimming pool and championship golf course, as well as buzzing day and night life with bars, shops & restaurants and tennis courts.

Dona Pepa 2 has several bars restaurants and supper markets, banks within walking distance of the villa.
